Your infrastructure data stays on your resources. Both AI models run locally. We only collect billing metadata (GB processed) for usage-based pricing. We never see your actual infrastructure data, logs, or credentials.
What We Collect
Billing metadata only: We collect how many GB each agent processes so we can bill you at $0.50/GB. This is a count, not the actual data content.
We never collect:
- Your infrastructure data, logs, or metrics content
- Commands you run or agent conversations
- Credentials or connection strings
- The actual queries or results from your databases
Website Data
When you visit ternaryphysics.com (this website), we collect minimal data:
- Essential cookies: Used only for basic site functionality (theme preferences, cookie consent)
- No analytics: We don't use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tracking services
- No third-party trackers: No social media pixels, ad networks, or tracking scripts
Model Download
When you first run tp-ops, it downloads the TernaryPhysics-7B model. This is a one-time download per resource. After that, agents run locally. We don't track or log these downloads.
Email Communications
If you email us (support, security reports, etc.), we'll retain that email correspondence to respond to your inquiry. We don't add you to marketing lists.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how the product works in a way that affects privacy (for example, if we ever add optional cloud features), we'll update this policy and make it clear what's changed.
